The Children's Pastor/Director at our rapidly expanding Southern Baptist church plays a vital leadership role in shaping the next generation of Christ-followers. This dynamic position oversees a vibrant children’s ministry serving approximately 140 kids, with an expanding $52,000+ annual budget that reflects the church’s commitment to reaching and discipling families.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a heart for children and families, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating engaging, gospel-centered programs. A key focus will be growing a newer ministry for children with special needs, ensuring that every child can experience the love of Christ in an inclusive, welcoming environment.
